Die Vorschaltseite transparent machen?

Wo muss ich was eintragen, um meine Vorschaltseite die ich in Dreamweaver erstellt habe transparent mache? Mit Parameter, damit man die Stärke bestimmen kann, z.B 70% oder 80% transparenz?
